Andy Jacobi is an entrepreneur and executive leader in the hospitality industry, with 13 years of experience founding and managing restaurant groups. Most recently, Andy was the VP of Finance for State of Play Hospitality, a multinational social entertainment company with 11 venues and $75mn in sales. Prior to that, Andy was the CFO of Stickys Finger Joint, a 14 unit fast casual fried chicken and French fry concept with locations in New York and New Jersey. Andy also served as the VP of Operations for Taim, a 7 unit fast casual Mediterranean concept with restaurants in New York and Washington, DC. Before founding Untamed Sandwiches, a 4 unit fast casual sandwich shop in New York City, Andy spent 5 years in Investment Banking and Private Equity at JPMorgan and DLJ Investment Partners.
Andy earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA from Middlebury College where he also played on the varsity tennis team. He lives in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and 3 children. In his spare time, Andy enjoys coaching his kids sports teams, and playing and watching as much soccer and tennis as he can.
